Medical Director
Dr. Phuong Tran is the owner and medical director of Reverse Med Bar. He graduated from UT Southwestern in 2006 and completed his residency in internal medicine in 2009, before founding the Reverse Med Bar. With years of experience, he specializes in providing innovative, science-based therapies and techniques designed to restore and rejuvenate the body. Through his dedication and commitment, Dr. Tran strives to help his patients look and feel their best.

Founder, Nurse Practitioner
Shirley Tran, NP-C is a passionate advocate for women's health. She graduated from Texas Woman's University in 2012 with a Bachelor's in Nursing, and went on to further her education at Simmons University, where she earned her Master's in Science in Nursing in 2018. Her dedication to women’s health led her to partner with physical therapy to provide a holistic pelvic wellness program utilizing non-invasive techniques and exercises to help patients achieve long lasting results. She is the founder of Reverse Med Bar, which empowers women to achieve optimal health and well being.

Jennifer is a lifelong entrepreneur who has managed a business for 10 years before moving back home to start her own catering business, The Noodle Lady. She has since become a Realtor and now she is taking her skill set to manage a med spa. She is passionate about helping others reach their full potential by leveraging their strengths and resources to the fullest extent. Her commitment is to create meaningful connections, deliver quality service, and exceed expectations in all that she does.

CFO, Sustainability Director
John P. Sikhattana is the Chief Financial Officer of Reverse Med Bar, and is responsible for overseeing the organization's financial health. He brings extensive experience and knowledge in managing multiple units and locations within large organizations, which have prepared him well for his current role.
Growing up in Hawaii, John embraced the Aloha Spirit and Ohana (family) values. He carries these values into the workplace, creating a culture at Reverse Med Bar dedicated to collaboration and mutual respect. His responsibilities include internal and external financial reporting, stewardship of a company's assets, and ownership of cash management. Additionally, John's role has increased to encompass more strategic aspects such as business partnership.
In his free time, John enjoys playing golf and spending quality time with family and friends.
